Fundraising Idea #3

Here is another fundraising idea that may be a good fit for your team. Percentage Sales from Direct Sale Companies (aka Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, 31, Tupperware, Longaberger Baskets, Avon, etc.) If you already are a committed buyer from any of these direct sale companies, then why not see if your consultant would be willing to donate a percentage of a party sales to Relay For Life. Not only are you and your friends going to get great things that you love and would have purchased anyway but you will also be raising money to fight cancer. Most consultants would love to help out in this way....all you have to do is ask. Happy "Fun"raising! Fundraising Idea of the Week #2

We only have 67 days until Relay For Life of Jessamine County. Here is another fundraising idea for your team that we had lots of success with last year. Sell Discount Books/Cards Last year many of our teams sold "Enjoy the City" Coupon books and did very well. If you are interested in selling them again this year, here is the contact information. Contact Jack Adams at (317) 260-7092 or jackadams@capservices.biz. Jack was really easy to work with and you only pay for the books that you sell. The books are sold for $20 and you pay $10 for each book. It was a great way for several of our teams to raise money last year. Another option is the discount cards. These seem to go over very good also because they are easier to tote with you as compared to the book. Kentucky Fundraising Cards is a good place to work with and you can contact them at (888) 326-4709 or check out their website at www.kyfundraising.com/Lexington-KY-Fundraising-Card.html. You pay for what you sell. Cards sell for $10 and you pay $5.00 for each card. These are just two more options for you to use for team or individual fundraising. Fundraising should be a priority with your team now with just a little over 2 months left till Relay. Let's met our goal this year and raise $75,000 to fight cancer! Happy "fun"raising!
